Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart, according to the volume and weight of the products and the selected shipping area. Before placing your order, you can see the detailed shipping cost, selecting the country and province.
In the price of transporting large volume merchandise such as electric stretchers, beds, showcases, etc. the service of climbing stairs is not included, the carrier will leave the merchandise at street level. We have the option of an additional service for the ascent to the door of the address. This can be hired through the contact form on the website. If the delivery street is pedestrian, you must hire a special service. The price of the products does not include installation or assembly. Make sure the product can enter through the elevator or stairwell. If the additional transport service has not been hired, the User / Buyer will be responsible for uploading the package to the desired place by their own means.
